A contractual agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement," must be established between the Licensor and the Licensee to define the legally mandated and enforced obligations applicable to both Parties. Upon the execution of such Agreement, the Content may be redistributed, modified or reproduced, subject to the terms and conditions explicitly stated therein. This Agreement shall remain valid notwithstanding any third-party beneficiaries or the revocation of ad hoc usage granted bona fide; however, in cases where the intellectual property rights of the Content's owner are infringed upon through acts committed with mens rea, the Licensor reserves the right to propagate the irrevocable termination of the Agreement without prior written notice or arbitration.

NON-COMMERCIAL USAGE

The Content, regardless of whether appropriate written or verbal consent has been granted, may only be utilized for the following purposes of NON-COMMERCIAL, EDUCATIONAL OR INFORMATIVE usages. Any usage of the Content outside of these explicitly stated purposes requires prior written agreement from the Licensor and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. To the extent permitted by law, any legal actions may be pursued by the Licensor in case of infringement of intellectual property.

TERMS OF USE

By accessing, using or engaging with the Content provided by the Licensor, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. The Content, at the time of creation (provided it does not infringe upon the rights of others), was automatically copyrighted in the 179 countries, signatories to the Berne Convention. However, the Licensor reserves all rights to their creative work and may publish it (or not), under any license which they may choose.

By accepting, you hereby declare and corroborate agreeance pursuant to the Content's governing copyright laws.

DEFINITION OF CONTENT

"Content," otherwise explicitly stated in this license de facto refers to, but is not limited to:

• text (e.g. txt, md, etc.)

• images (e.g. png, jpg, gif, mp4, etc.)

• documents (e.g. pdf, docx, html, js, etc.)

• other file types or electronic works (e.g. svelte, py, etc.)

• executables or app software (e.g. exe, json, etc.)

• audio (e.g. mp3, wav, etc.)

Further forms of creative works, be it physical or digital, may also be included under "Content".

BREACH OF AGREEMENT

If you have entered into a licensing agreement with the Licensor, you are obligated to adhere strictly to the terms outlined therein, including any limitations on commercial usage, display rights or redistribution.

WAIVER OF PROHIBITED ACTS

By agreeing to this license and its terms, you waive any rights to perform prohibited or illicit activities, including but not limited to:

• infringing upon the intellectual rights of the Licensor,

• performing illegal acts or interactions with the Content,

• the illegal redistribution, re-usage, repurposing, modification or reproduction of the Content, without appropriate consent,

• the usage of the Content for commerce or as means of receiving salary,

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE "CONTENT" IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS BASIS. THE LICENSOR MAY NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, HARM OR OTHER DAMAGES INCURRED AS A CONSEQUENCE OF USING THE CONTENT. WE DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, LEGAL OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. PLEASE SEEK RELATIVE PROFESSIONALS IN THESE DESIGNATED FIELDS FOR PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE. THE LICENSOR MAY NOT PROVIDE ANY INDEMNIFICATIONS OR COMPENSATIONS FOR THESE.

LITIGATION MEASURES

The Licensor reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual, entity or organization found to be in violation of the terms set forth in this Agreement or applicable copyright laws. All litigation measures will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws, and the Licensor shall retain sole discretion in determining the appropriate course of action based on the nature and severity of the violation.

RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT

The prolongation of the Agreement is determined solely on the nature of usage by the Licensee, in perpetuum mutatis mutandis. Ab initio ad finem, verbatim.
